Wirestation Reporter Discovers BMG Coverup
From: <Simon>
this was e-mailed to me this morning. I received the e-mail address for Richard Griffiths, contacted him, and he passed it onto the guy in the e-mail Clive Rich. Unfortunately it looks like all systems are go at BMG. Also, it seems they have attempted to create a complex chain in order to hide any wrong doing on their part.

Richard Griffiths has passed your note to me. I have contacted BMG Ariola Muenchen about this. They maintain that they released a cover of "Jaguar" in the form of a maxi-single which they licensed legitimately from a label in Cologne, which had in turn licensed it from a Frankfurt DJ. If you think you have any legal claims against BMG Ariola Muenchen in connection with their release of the single, could I suggest that you contact Wolfgang Deubzer. He is the lawyer at BMG Ariola Muenchen and his details are;
Tel; 0049 49 4136 438
Thank you
Yours sincerely
